WARM PEAR SOUP

Pears are an excellent source of support for healthy Lung function. By warming up the pears, the digestive system is also gaining support.

 2 pears
 2 slices fresh ginger root
 Honey
 2 cups of boiling water
 Optional: A handful of goji berries

Core, and chop the pears into ½-inch cubes.

Place the pears in a pot with enough boiling water to cover the pears, plus a little more.

Add the ginger, honey, and goji berries (if desired).

Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
