
SWEET CHICKEN STRIPS
Chicken has a warm essence and is helpful in individuals who have cold limbs. It is also known to tonify Qi and blood and is a good source of immune support.

Small amount of chicken, cut into small 1 inch strips
Corn starch
2 stalks of celery, sliced in 1 inch strips
1 peach cut into chunks
1/2 sweet onion cut into strips
1 teaspoon of salt
2-3 tablespoon of oil
1/2 teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
½ teaspoon of sugar
splash of wine
hand-full of cilantro

Prepare: Dredge the chicken in a small amount of corn starch and set aside.

Heat the wok and add 1 tablespoon of oil and salt.
Next add the sliced vegetables and toss for 1 minute.

Add the peaches, sugar and mushroom seasoning.
Toss for 30 seconds then remove to a plate.

Add 1-2 tablespoons of oil to the wok and Immediately add the chicken strips. No need to pre-heat the oil.

Add the veggie and peach mixture back into the wok along with the cilantro.
Blend the chicken with the veggies, and add a splash of wine.
