
TRADITIONAL CHINESE CABBAGE

1 Tablespoon of oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 head of cabbage sliced thin
1/2 teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
1/4 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 scallion diced
Optional, a few shrimp

Heat wok and add oil and 1 teaspoon of salt. When oil is hot add cabbage and saute for roughly 1 minute.

Add mushroom seasoning.

Add sesame oil then scallions.

Option: If you are adding shrimp, heat the wok and add 1/2 teaspoon of oil. Saute until shrimp are light pink. Set aside and follow the directions for the cabbage above. Add shrimp to the cabbage mixture after step two.
