 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
 1/2 red onion, sliced thin
 1/2 teaspoon of salt
 2 Tablespoons of rice wine vinegar
 1/2 can of chickpeas, rinsed
 A handful of cilantro, chopped
 1 clove of garlic, minced

In a large mixing bowl, add tomatoes, onions, salt, vinegar, chickpeas, and garlic and toss.

Add vinegar and toss again. Then add the cilantro.
