
TOMATO BASIL PASTA
Pasta soothes the Stomach with tomatoes and basil help the Heart and Liver. This delicious dish is also good leftover and served at room temperature.
[cooked-sharing]
½ pound of cooked pasta
3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
1 package of cherry tomatoes
4 basil leave, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

While the pasta is boiling, chop the tomatoes in half.

Heat your wok or large pan. Add the oil, salt and garlic.
Allow the garlic to lightly toast.

Add the tomatoes and toss gently.
Add the mushroom seasoning.

Allow the tomatoes to cook for 2-3 minutes.
Then add the basil and toss.

Optional: Add a splash of heavy cream!
