
TOFU SAUTE
Tofu supports the Kidney, tomatoes go to the Heart and scallions support the Liver. This dish is a powerful internal tune-up!
1 package of medium firm tofu
1 tomato
2 scallions
3 tablespoons of oil
½ teaspoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
½ teaspoon of sugar
Drizzle of sesame oil
Splash of cooking wine

Heat the wok then begin to chop the vegetables.

When wok is hot add the oil. When oil is hot add the white part of the scallions.

Slowly add the large brick of tofu into the wok. Fry on one side for 30 seconds, then flip over.

Using your spatula, cut the tofu in half then in half again. (while it's frying) Continue to cut into smaller chunks.

Now add the tomatoes and gently toss all ingredients.

Add the soy sauce, salt, mushroom seasoning and sugar. Toss gently for another minute. Then add the rest of the scallions and toss.

Add the cooking wine and toss.

Drizzle the sesame oil and toss. Serve alone or with rice.
