
STRAWBERRY CUCUMBER SALAD
Cucumbers and strawberries, combined with vinegar are a great detoxifier for the body. This dish is helpful to support the Liver and Stomach. Strawberries are cooling in nature and are helpful when dealing with a dry cough or sore throat.
1 Cucumber
4 Strawberries
1 Tablespoon of white vinegar
2 teaspoons of salt
½ teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
¼ teaspoon of sugar

Peel and cut the cucumber in half. Then cut the halves into thin 1 inch strips. Add to a small bowl.

Cut the strawberries in half then into thin pieces and add them to the cucumbers.

Add the salt, sugar and mushroom seasoning.

Mix gently then add the vinegar. Toss again and refrigerate for 15 minutes to allow the flavours to mix.
