 ½ Pound of snow peas
 1 teaspoon of oil
 ½ teaspoon of salt
 Handful of pine nuts
 ½ teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
 1 Tablespoon of sweet potato starch
 Drizzle of sesame oil

Heat the wok then add the oil and salt.

Add the snow peas and pine nuts. Toss gently.

Add the mushroom seasoning.

Toss until tender.

Mix the sweet potato powder with a tablespoon of water. Mix well then add to the snow peas. Toss gently.

Add the sesame oil. Toss and serve.

Serve over rice or your favorite grain.
