Dandelion is a great detoxifier for the body. It supports healthy Liver, Stomach and Heart function. These little greens are unstoppable in the garden and will do the same work within your body!

Yields1 Serving
 Fresh dandelions chopped
 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
 2 peeled, boiled potatoes (with its water)
 2 tablespoons of oil
 Salt to taste

Boil the potatoes in 3 cups of salted water.

Add the oil to a heated wok. Then add garlic until translucent.

Add the fresh dandelion and toss until completely wilted.

In a blender, add the potatoes, water from the potatoes, and the dandelion.

Top off with freshly ground pepper.

Hint: Make extra and freeze for another meal.

  2. They say dandelion is a blood purifier. It’s supposed to be eaten (fresh greens) in the spring, to get rid of the stagnant, sluggish blood that’s been pooling inside our inactive bodies all winter.
