 1 smoked tofu, cut into strips
 ½ bunch of leek tops, cut into 2 inch strips
 1 tablespoon of oil
 ¼ teaspoon of salt
 ¼ teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
 Splash of wine

Heat the wok and add the oil and salt.

Add the tofu and greens and saute for 1 minute, then add mushroom seasoning.

Toss for another minute. Add wine and stir.
Serve.
