SIMPLY SIMPLE SEAWEED SOUP

Seaweeds have a salty taste. They can soften hardness, reduce masses, disperse accumulation, resolve phlegm, and cleanses heat to name a few benefits.

Yields1 Serving
 1 tablespoon of oil
 1 teaspoon of salt
 1 stalk of celery, cut into slivers
 1/2 of an onion, cut into slivers
 Handful of seaweed (optional)
 1 scrambled egg
 Noodles (can use pre cooked noodles)
 Drizzle of sesame oil

Heat the wok and add the oil and salt.
Add the celery and onions, and toss for 1 minute.

Add 3 cups of boiling water to the wok.

1/2 teaspoon of mushroom seasoning.

Drizzle in the scrambled egg and add the seaweed.

Stir. Then drizzle the sesame oil on top.
