This simple recipe can be eaten over rice or in a wrap or by itself. Leftovers make a delicious soup. So save your energy and make this a two meal dish!

Put the chicken in a small bowl and add the salt, and 1/2 of the mushroom seasoning and 1/2 of the wine. Toss so the ingredients coat the chicken and set aside.
Heat the wok. Add the oil while it's cold add the chicken and onions.
(This keeps the chicken tender)
Toss continuously. after about two minutes, add the mushroom seasoning, sugar and the rest of the wine.
Continue to stir for another minute or until chicken looks cooked. Add the orange pieces and toss one more time.
Serve over rice or in a wrap or over greens.
