SIMPLE VEGGIES WITH CHIVES SAUTE

 Oil (grapeseed, walnut, sunflower)
 2 cloves garlic, sliced
 1 teaspoon of mushroom powder
 1 carrot, sliced
 1 onion, cut into bite size pieces
 5 mushrooms, sliced
 1 tomato, cut into bite size pieces
 1 yellow or orange pepper, cut into bite size pieces
 Splash of shao xing cooking wine
 Chives, chopped into small pieces

Heat wok, add oil and salt and garlic and stir until fragrant.

Add onions, carrots and mushrooms, and toss well.

Mix in mushroom powder, then add tomatoes and peppers; toss until slightly tender.

Toward the end of cooking, add a splash of cooking wine, toss, then add chives.

Toss again and enjoy!
