
SHRIMP WITH SPROUTS
The Kidney will love this dish, and these sprouts will help detoxify the Liver!
[cooked-sharing]
1/2 pound fresh shrimp*
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, diced
2 cups mung bean sprouts
1 cup daikon radish sprouts (or other sprouts)
1 carrot, julienne
2 scallions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon mushroom seasoning
Pinch of sugar
Splash of Chinese rice wine
Cilantro for garnish

Sauté the shrimp and salt to taste in half the oil until cooked, about 2 minutes.
*Pre cooked shrimp work as well!

Remove from pan and set aside.

Using the same pan, add the remainder of the oil if needed, and briefly sauté the remaining ginger.

Stir in the sprouts, carrot, mushroom seasoning, sugar and salt to taste. Stir fry for about 3 minutes.

Toss in the shrimp and scallion and stir fry another minute.

Add the splash of rice wine, toss and remove from heat.

Serve with a garnish of cilantro.
