SHRIMP AND TOMATO SAUTE′

This traditional dish supports healthy Kidney function. The secret to making delicious shrimp is knowing when they are cooked, not overcooked. Click on the video to learn some tips.

Yields1 Serving
 1/2 pound of shrimp, cleaned and sliced
 2 Tablespoons of potato starch
 1 tomato, cut into wedges
 2 Tablespoons of oil
 2 scallions, sliced
 1/4 teaspoon of salt
 1/4 teaspoon of mushroom powder
 Splash of cooking wine
 Cracked pepper to taste
 Splash of sesame oil

Heat wok and add 1 tablespoon of oil and salt.

Add tomatoes, a few pieces of scallions, and toss for 1 minute adding mushroom seasoning and sugar.

Remove tomatoes into a separate dish.

Wash wok, then add 1 tablespoon of oil and salt.

Add shrimp while oil is cold.

Toss until shrimp begins to turn light pink.

Add tomato mixture to the shrimp and toss.

Add wine and scallions.
