
TANGY FRUIT SALAD
This fresh fruit salad will excite all of your senses. The sweet and sour dressing will stimulate your Stomach and your Liver.

Fruit of your choice such as Oranges, Grapes, Berries, Bananas
Handful of roasted pine nuts
1 Tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
2 Tablespoons of honey
Few springs of mint

Rinse and cut the fresh fruit into bite-size pieces and put them into a large bowl.

Heat the wok and add the pine nuts. Stir continually until golden brown. Remove the nuts from the wok and add them to the fruit bowl.

In a small bowl, add the honey and lemon and whisk until combined.

Chop the mint leaves and add them to the fruit bowl.
Pour the dressing over the fruit, and gently toss.

Shredded coconut is a great optional ingredient.
