Preheat oven to 425F.
In a bowl add the oil, salt, and garlic.
Add the cauliflower to the seasoning and toss gently.
Then add the beans and toss one more time.
Transfer to a cookie sheet and add the cracked pepper.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cauliflower if golden.
