
ROASTED BRUSSEL SPROUTS
Brussel sprouts support Liver function. Roasted or pan fried, these delicious veggies can be complimented by adding roasted nuts or red pepper.

1 bunch of Brussel sprouts trimmed and cut in half
1 teas of salt
Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Preheat over to 400.

Sprinkle salt and pepper on Brussel sprouts.

Toss in olive oil.

Place them in a baking pan and roast in the oven on the middle shelf.

Shake the pan every 5-10 minutes.

They leaves will become a bright green color and slightly toasted brown.

Option: Leave the sprouts whole but that takes longer for them to cook.
