Search your refrig and find veggies and meats to add to your leftover soup. If you have leftover meats or fish add them too. The combination will yield an unexpected mix of flavors.

Refrigerator soup
Yields1 Serving
 Leftover soup
 Various vegetables
 Leftover cooked vegetables
 Leftover meats or fish
 Mushroom seasoning and salt to taste
 rice (optional)

Heat leftover soup.

Add rice and allow mixture to boil for 10 minutes.

Chop leftover vegetables, saute′ and add to the warm soup.

To saute the vegetables, heat a wok and add 1 tablespoon of oil with a dash of salt. Lightly saute veggies and add to the soup.

Chop any leftover dishes into bite-sized pieces and add to the soup. Allow flavors to mix for 5 minutes.

Adjust soup for the desired salt.
