
GARDEN FRESH BEAN SALAD
The citrus adds a refreshing twist to your meal. This salad will cool the body and continue to support Kidney, Liver and Stomach function.
½ can of black beans, rinsed
½ tsp of salt
1 cucumber, cubed
½ red pepper, cubed
1 sweet onion, cubed
2 sprigs of parsley, chopped
2 sprigs of cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp of olive oil

Combine the first seven ingredients in a large bowl. Toss, then add the lime and lemon. Toss again.

Drizzle the oil over the salad and gently toss. Allow the salad to sit for 10-15 minutes for the flavors to combine.
