Onions are noted for anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties and aid the Lung during the cold and flu season. Tomatoes help strengthen the immune system to additionally fight colds and viruses.

Yields1 Serving
 1 tablespoon of oil
 1 teaspoon of salt
 1 large tomato, cut into 1 inch chunks
 ½ red onion, cut into slivers
 1 teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
 Splash of wine
 Optional: Handful of parsley and or 2 green olives

Heat the wok and add the oil and salt.

Add the tomatoes and toss for 1 minute. Next add the onions.

Toss and add the mushroom seasoning. Continue to cook for 2 mintues.

Add a splash of wine, toss and serve.

Optional: Toss in parsley and or slivers of green olives.

Eat alone or over rice. Save leftovers and add to boiling water to make a new soup.
