3 cups of sliced red radishes
Salt
½ teaspoon of mushroom powder
Dash of sugar
2 Tablespoons of light soy sauce
1 Tablespoon of orange marmalade

Toss the radishes with salt and set aside for at least 10 minutes.

Mix in the mushroom powder, sugar and soy sauce.
