 3 cups of sliced red radishes
 Salt
 ½ teaspoon of mushroom powder
 Dash of sugar
 2 Tablespoons of light soy sauce
 1 Tablespoon of orange marmalade

Toss the radishes with salt and set aside for at least 10 minutes.

The salt will draw the water out of the radishes.

Mix in the mushroom powder, sugar and soy sauce.

Mix in the orange marmalade and serve.
