RADISH SEAWEED SOUP

Radish Seaweed soup with seaweed is an excellent cold prevention meal. The daikon radish will support healthy Stomach and Lung function.

Yields1 Serving
 2 teaspoons of oil
 2 teaspoons of salt
 ½ daikon radish, diced (2 cups)
 2 carrot stalks, peeled and diced
 1 teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
 Handful of seesweed (optional)
 Tiny dried fish (optional)

Heat the wok and add the oil and salt. Then add the radish and carrot cubes. Toss for 1 minute.
Add the mushroom seasoning and mix well.

Add the radish mixture to a pot of boiling water. Allow to cook for 10 minutes. Then add the wine.

Add the seaweed and optional tiny fish. Allow flavors to mix by cooking for 2 minutes. Taste for desired saltiness.

Add the soy sauce, stir and serve.

Make a batch of garlic bread and enjoy this nutritious meal.
