OUTSTANDING VEGGIE DISH

Onions support healthy Lung Function and stimulate the immune system as do the tomatoes. Together they are good choices for the flu and cold season.

Fresh Vegetables
Yields1 Serving
 2 tablespoons of oil
 1 teaspoon of salt
 1 onion, cut into bite size pieces
 15 cherry tomatoes, cut in-half
 ½ teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
 Black pepper to taste
 Splash of wine

Heat the wok and add the oil and salt.

Add the tomatoes and toss. Next add the onions and toss.

Add the mushroom seasoning and pepper. Toss and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the wine. Toss and serve over rice or noodles.

* Use any kind of cherry tomato.
