ORANGE FRESH SALAD

The sweet and sour taste of this recipe is great for the digestive system and will help keep the body cool.
Add beans for an extra boost!

Yields1 Serving
 ½ orange, peeled and cut into chunks
 ½ yellow or red pepper, cut into bite sized pieces
 1 scallion, diced
 ½ sweet onion, diced
 4-5 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
 1 stalk of celery, chopped
 Fresh parsley, chopped
 1 lime, juiced
 1 lemon, juiced
 ¼ teaspoon of salt

Place the first 7 ingredients in a bowl.

Combine the dressing in a small glass then pour over the salad and toss gently.
Let sit 10 minutes then serve.
