 1 cup of oatmeal, cooked
 4 Strawberries
 1 Banana
 Slivers of coconut
 Optional: Replace the oatmeal with Chinese barley

Add the cooked oatmeal to a cereal bowl.

Top with sliced strawberries, bananas and coconut.
