
PEAR AND OATMEAL BAKE
Oatmeal with pears will help you build healthy Stomach function and will support your Lung energy.

1 Pear, cut in half and cored
1 Tablespoon of honey
Dash of cinnamon
3 Strips of ginger
2 Tablespoons of water
¼ cup of cooked oatmeal

Place pears in a small baking dish.

Drizzle the honey on top of the pears.
Add the cinnamon and ginger.

Add the water and bake in a 325 oven for 15 minutes.

Remove the pears from the oven and spoon the oatmeal on top.
Place the pears back in the oven for ten minutes.

Option: You can add more cinnamon on top of the oatmeal if desired.
