Ginger tea
Yields1 Serving
 4 cups of boiling water
 6-8 sliced of fresh ginger
 2 tablespoons of raw honey
 CInnamon to taste
 1/2 lemon
 Add dandelion leaves to the boiling water for an extra detoxifying effect.

Boil 4 cups of water.

Add fresh ginger, raw honey, cinnamon and lemon juice.

Allow mixture to boil for 10 minutes.

Drink throughout the day.
