
MUSHROOM AND NAPA CABBAGE SOUP
Napa cabbage is packed with numerous benefits including anti-inflammatory properties. Combining the cabbage with mushroom helps to boost the immune system.

3 teaspoons of oil
1/4 teaspoon of salt
5 sliced mushrooms
2 slices of ginger
1 carrot cut into bite-sized rounds
2 cups of napa cabbage cut into 1/4 inch chunks
1 quart of boiling water
1/2 teaspoon mushroom powder
Optional: Snow peas or other greens

In a hot wok, add oil and salt.

Add mushrooms, carrots, and ginger.

Toss until tender.

Add this mixture and mushroom seasoning to a pot of boiling water.

Let flavors mix for 2 minutes then add the cabbage and let stand 1 minute.

Serve immediately.

You can add snow peas or other greens when you add the cabbage.
