 2 avocados, cubed
 1 mango, cubed
 4 mini oranges, in segments
 1 yellow pepper, sliced thinly
 1/2 lemon
 Cilantro to taste, optional

Combine avocados, mango, mini orange segments, and yellow peppers in a bowl.

Squeeze the juice of a 1/2 lemon over the top.

Gently mix, being careful not to crush the avocado.

Top with fresh cilantro. Serve!

      There are slivers of red onion and some black beans added. You can also add a small amount of arugula.
