LOTUS ROOT STIR FRY
Lotus root is the root of the lotus flower. A traditional Chinese dish, lotus root has numerous health benefits including supporting immune health and Lung function.

1 Lotus Root, sliced
2 Tablespoons of oil
1 scallion, diced
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of mushroom powder
Splash of wine

Heat wok, and add oil.

Add the white part of the scallion to the oil.

Add salt and Lotus Root.

Mix constantly.

Add mushroom seasoning.

Root may stick to the bottom of the wok. If so, add a few drops of boiling water.

Saute′ for about 3-4 minutes.

Add balance of the scallions, and wine.
