
LOTUS SEED SOUP
Lotus seed supports healthy Lung function and the red dates will support the Stomach and Spleen function.
Enjoy the sweet and nutty flavor!
[cooked-sharing]
 ½  package of dried lotus seeds
 5  cups of boiling water
 Handful of red, Chinese dates
 1  teaspoon of organic sugar

Add the lotus seeds to the boiling water. Lower to a simmer and let cook for 45 minutes.

Add the dates and sugar.

Cook for an additional 15 minutes then serve.
