
LILY BULB AND SCALLION SAUTE

2 lily bulbs
2 scallions, cut into 1 inch slices
oil
salt
mushroom seasoning
splash of wine
1 clove of garlic, sliced

Cut the top and bottoms off the bulbs and separate the petals.

Heat a wok and add the oil and salt.

Add the garlic and saute until lightly golden.

Add the lily bulb petals. Toss for 1 minutes then add the mushroom seasoning.

Add the scallions and continue to cook for 1 more minute.

Add a splash of wine and serve.

Note: you can replace scallions with leek tips for variety.
