 2 teaspoons of oil
 2 green olives chopped
 1/2 teaspoon of salt
 1 clove of garlic, sliced thin
 1 head of romaine or leafy lettuce, chopped
 Drizzle of soy sauce

Heat the wok and add the oil and salt.

Add the olives and garlic

Add the lettuce and keep tossing until the lettuce wilts.

Add a drizzle of soy sauce and serve.
