
LEMON AND MINT WATER
Cleanse and cool your body while you stimulate your Liver with this refreshing Lemon and Mint Water. No refrigeration needed.

1 Lemon
3 Sprigs of Mint
1 Lime-optional

In a large pitcher add a half gallon of room temperature water.

Wash your lemon and mint.
Squeeze the juice of the lemon into the water.
(if you are adding lime as well, add it now.)

Cut the squeezed lemon into 1-2 inch chunks and add them into the water along with the mint.

Optional: Add honey if you want a sweet taste.
