
HOMEMADE PEANUT BUTTER
Roasted peanuts release oils when ground; perfect for a smooth peanut butter. Peanuts give strength to the body's digestive function. When looking at the bigger picture, peanuts have a unique connection with the Earth.

2 cups roasted peanuts
1 1/2 tablespoons organic honey
1 teaspoon freshly ground sea salt
Sunflower or peanut oil

Place peanuts in food processor. Process for about two minutes. Then scrape the sides of the bowl.

Add the honey and salt and continue processing. Be patient!

At this point the peanut butter will be very thick. Add one tablespoon of the oil and process. Add additional oil, one half tablespoon at a time, until you've reached the right consistency.
