This Ginko salad will support healthy Lung function. It can also support your Heart and Kidney function and which in turn is a great anti-aging food.

Yields1 Serving
 1 1 teaspoon of oil
 1 teaspoon of salad
 ½ onion, diced
 ½ leek, diced
 1 stalk of celery, diced
 1 package or ginkgo, rinsed
 1 orange, peeled and chopped

To a heated pan or wok add the oil and sauté the onion, leek, and celery.
After 1 minute, add the ginkgo.

Toss until the ginkgo is slightly warm.

Add orange chunks to the mixture and toss and serve.
