GARLIC-PANKO STRING BEANS

The crunchy panko adds a wonderful texture, and allows the dish to reheat well (just 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven for crispy beans and crunchy panko!) Your Liver responds to the color green, and the fragrant garlic will give your Lung a boost.

Yields1 Serving
 10 ounces frozen string beans
3/4 cup unseasoned panko bread crumbs
 2 Tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, smashed and roughly chopped
 Juice from 1/2 lemon
1

Warm the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes, or until fragrant.

2
