Yields1 Serving
 1 tablespoon of oil
 1 teaspoon of salt
 1 clove of garlic, sliced
 1 bunch of garlic tips, chopped
 1 egg, scarmbled
 ¼ pound of cooked noodles
 1 scallion, chopped
 1/4 cup of soy sauce
 Splash of wine
 1 teaspoon of mushroom seasoning

Heat the wok and add 2 teaspoons of oil, salt, and garlic.
Saute the greens. Set aside.

Heat the wok and add 1/4 teaspoon of oil. Scramble the egg.
Set aside.

To a the wok add the noodles, and all cooked ingredients.
Add sauce and serve.
