Rice is known for its ability to strengthen Qi and Blood which makes it good for the Stomach and Spleen. It has been a staple in many cultures for thousands of years. Follow along to learn the how-too of fried rice, then substitute your favorite vegetables or other ingredients.

Heat the wok and add 1/4 tablespoon of oil.
Meantime, beat one egg well. When the oil is hot add the egg into the wok and toss until cooked.
Remove and set egg aside.
Rinse off the wok.
Add 2 tablespoons of oil, salt, red peppers, olives and ham.
Toss well.
Add a container of leftover cooked rice to the wok and mix well.
Continue to toss then add mushroom seasoning.
Continue to mix so the rice does not stick to the wok.
Add the cooked egg and a handful of lettuce.
For a sweet twist, add slices of fresh pineapple when you add the egg.
