
FENNEL FISH SAUTE
Simple and delicious this meal supports healthy Lung and Kidney function. Together these two organs keep the body strong and vital.
[cooked-sharing]
1 tablespoon of oil
1 teaspoon of salt
¼ pound of cod or other flakey fish
½ tomato cut into 1 inch chunks
⅓ medium sized onion cut into 1/2 inch strips
⅓ fennel bulb, cut into 1 /2 inch strips
mushroom seasoning

To a cold wok add the oil and salt.
Add the fish

Let cook for 1 minute then add the tomatoes, onions, and fennel.
Gently toss.

After 2 minutes add the mushroom seasoning and toss gently.

Allow to cook for another minute or until the fish is fully cooked.

Optional: Add a splash of wine before removing from the wok.

Serve alone or with rice.

Bonus: Leftover can be used to make a delicious soup! Simply add leftovers to a pot of boiling water and additional salt.
