Onions and Fennel support healthy Lung function. Fennel has a warming essence while onions help to detox the body.

Yields1 Serving
 1 tablespoon of oil
 1 teaspoon of salt
  fennel cut into 1/2 inch strips
 1 clove of garlic chopped
 ½ of a medium sized onion, cut into chunks
 5 mushrooms cut into fourths
 mushroom seasoning
 Handful of spinach or arugula
  cup of cooked rice or noodles
 Optional: Add chunks or tomatoes or a handful of peas

Heat the wok and add the oil, salt and garlic.

Add the all the vegetables and toss for 1 minute.

Add the mushroom seasoning and toss.

Cook until vegetables are slightly tender.

In a bowl add the rice and top with your greens of choice.
Then add the vegetables.
