 2 stalks celery
 1/2 fennel bulb
 1 Tablespoon olive oil
 Salt, to taste
 Mushroom powder, to taste
 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
 1/2 can mandarin oranges, drained

Slice celery and fennel into bite-sized slices.

Flash-fry in olive oil. Add salt and mushroom powder to taste.

Add rice vinegar and top with mandarin oranges for sweetness.
