Served warm or cold as leftovers, this satisfying dish is good for your Stomach and Kidney energy. For this recipe, use thin spaghetti cooked al dente.

Yields1 Serving
 1 garlic, diced
 1 scallion, finely chopped
 chinese cooking (rice) wine
 a splash of fish sauce
 2 Tablespoons of peanut butter
 1/4 teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
 ahandful of toasted sesame seeds

Mix all the ingredients of the sauce, including only half of the diced garlic.

Sauté the other half of the garlic in oil until toasted nicely.

Toss the sauce and the toasted garlic with the noodles.

Garnish with herbs or bright green veggies for color.

Enjoy either hot or cold!
