 1 eggplant sliced
 1/3 cup of oil
 2 cloves of garlic smashed
 1/4 cup of salt
 1/4 teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
 splash of wine
 Optional: To the cooked eggplant, add a diced tomato

Saute for about 5 minutes.
