SPINACH SAUTE’

When cooking is simplified, the food tastes so much better! Spinach can be sweet or tart depending on growing conditions and time of year. This veggie will support your Liver and Stomach function.

 1 bunch of spinach
 1 Tablespoon of oil
 1 large clove of garlic, minced
 1/3 cup pine nuts, optional

Clean the spinach and trim the ends.

Add oil to a large wok or skillet. When the oil is hot, add the garlic and spinach.

Lightly stir-fry and enjoy! To enhance this dish, you can add pine nuts.
