This all time favorite was developed 20 years ago for Dragon's Way participants. The ingredients support Kidney function, and are a good source of protein.

Grind walnuts and black sesame seeds in a blender.
Cook mixture in a double boiler or steam for 1 hour.
Mix in honey making sure it's evenly distributed.
Let mixture cool, then roll into bite-sized balls.
Roll in coconut flakes if desired.
Refrigerate.
