
DANDELION GREENS
This bitter tasting vegetable is great for the Heart and Liver. Its inherent nature is to survive and carries the essence of fortitude.
Chop one bunch of greens into 1/2 inch stips
2 teaspoons of oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 clove of crushed garlic
1/2 teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
Splash of wine

Heat the wok and add the oil and salt. Next add the crushed garlic.

Add the dandelion greens. Saute for 2 minutes then add the mushroom seasoning.
Continue to toss until desired tenderness.

Add a splash of wine then serve.
