A perfect food to support the Liver - lemon, cucumbers and mung beans!

Yields1 Serving
 1/2 cup cooked mung beans
 1 cucumber peeled and sliced
 Juice of 1/2 lemon
 Salt to taste
 1/4 teaspoon brown sugar or honey
 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
 Dash of black pepper
 Dash of chili or cayenne
 Dash of Tajin spice
 Lemon peel for garnish

Combine all the ingredients and mix well.

Garnish with lemon peels.
