Scallops are a great source of support for healthy Kidney funciton.

 1 teaspoon of salt
 Pepper to taste
 1 teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
 3 tablespoons of sweet potato powder
 1 tablespoons of oil
 4-5 scallops
 1 orange, peeled and chunked
 1/2 tomato
 cilantro sprigs

In a bowl add salt, pepper, and mushroom seasoning to the sweet potato starch.

Coat the scallops in the sweet potato starch mixture.

Heat the wok and add the oil, and the scallops. Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the tomatoes and cook for 2 more minutes.

Add the orange slices and cilantro. Toss gently and sever immediately.
